Performs preventive maintenance tasks on all equipment. Uses hand tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other monitoring and testing equipment. Responds to requests and job tasks on all types of equipment. Maintenance Helper Qualifications: Must demonstrate ability to be very detailed oriented, organized, and effective at time management. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction; excellent oral/written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to climb and work at heights of up to 45 feet. Must have the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
