The Graphic Design & Digital Media Specialist is the Marketing Department’s key person for digital creative such as flyers, advertisements, email design, web elements, social media images, and more. The Graphic Design & Digital Media Specialist is also responsible for the Company’s public website and portion of the secure website housing relevant content inventory, CRM maintenance, email design and campaign/workflow creation, analytics tracking and analytics-based insights for optimization. Additionally, this position acts as the Company’s branding expert: maintaining and updating brand guidelines, providing branding recommendations and assets to colleagues and agent partners, creating and rolling out new brand assets, and developing creative templates to support cross-functional brand consistency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for designing digital creative to support our corporate and regional offices. Types of creative include but are not limited to flyers, advertisements, email design, web elements, social media images, and more. Responsible for managing the marketing components of our CRM (HubSpot) including but not limited to email design, workflow architecture, website integration for creation and management, tracking and reporting. Responsible for Website administration which includes handling graphic updates on the public facing website, working with our web admin vendor as necessary. Understand and recommend UX/UI best practices and trends. Maintain the secure portal website’s marketing inventory space (Merchants On-Demand/MOD). Responsible for reporting on analytics related to marketing collateral inventory usage, relevant website and secure portal metrics, and email KPIs on a quarterly basis. Provide both quantitative and qualitative insights, and recommendations based on those insights. Act as the Company’s branding expert: maintaining and updating brand guidelines, providing branding recommendations and assets to colleagues and agent partners, creating and rolling out new brand assets, and developing creative templates to support cross-functional brand consistency. Qualifications & Skills: Qualified candidates will have a 4 year degree in graphic design, digital marketing or related field. Minimum of 2 years in a relevant digital marketing role that required advanced graphic design. Expert level of knowledge with email marketing and website administration background. Strong working knowledge in Publisher, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Proven understanding of marketing analytics and KPI-driven insights. Ability to prioritize workflow and work on several different projects at one time. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Merchants Insurance Group Pay information: Merchants Insurance Group offers a competitive pay scale. The actual compensation will be determined based upon experience and other factors permitted by law. The pay range for this position is $56,532 – $75,357.
