JOB SUMMARY:

Provides Education Abroad advising, outreach, and enrollment management support for the Pam Hendrix Center for Education Abroad. Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES:

65% - Essential - Student and Stakeholder Support:
Advises students and stakeholders on education abroad opportunities. Supports outgoing students from recruitment to re-entry with one-on-one meetings, workshops and training sessions. Supports the batch processing of student visas. Coordinates and conducts pre-departure sessions and course registration.

20% - Essential - Enrollment Management Process:
Utilizes enrollment management software, both departmental and University, to ensure accurate student enrollment records. Provides technical support and troubleshooting to all users for Education Abroad functions

15% - Essential - General Study Abroad Programming Support:
Collaborates with stakeholders to promote education abroad experiences. Coordinators outreach and marketing events such as study abroad fairs and information sessions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education - Bachelor's Degree

Experience - 2 years of students services or related experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB KNOWLEDGE
Fundamental Job Knowledge - Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES
No Budget Responsibilities - No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.
