Position Overview: Arrowhead Consulting is seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for staff augmentation for existing and new clients, owning relationships as the project manager. This position will report directly to the Company Owners and will be located in a hybrid setting in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The IT Project Manager will focus on IT infrastructure projects and must be adept at using scheduling tools. Government sector experience is preferred. Responsibilities: Own relationships with clients as the project manager, serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, including implementation and software development initiatives. Utilize agile methodologies to drive project execution and adapt to changing requirements and priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, using scheduling tools as necessary. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure compliance with project management best practices and organizational standards. Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience working on IT implementation or software development projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget Strong experience with agile methodologies. Experience working in the government sector is preferred. Expertise in IT infrastructure projects, including network infrastructure, system upgrades, and software deployments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in using scheduling tools, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, or Jira. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
