Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Location: Manassas, Virginia

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Pay Range: $18

 

What’s the Job?
As the Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of the office, handling reception duties like a pro - answering phones, directing calls, and ensuring every message gets to the right person. You'll dive into the world of data entry in Excel, maintaining records with precision. Plus, you'll be lending a helping hand to the HR team, assisting with the hiring process and tracking applicants in the pipeline. 

What’s Needed?

• Must be proficient in both English and Spanish
• Previous Administrative Assistant experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail 
• Exceptional communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
