Overview:

We seek the “best of the best” restaurant professionals passionate about food, elevated service, and beverage experiences.  Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is currently looking for a passionate, hard-working, and attentive food runner for our Coastal Italian restaurant, Saint Bibiana. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality partners who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dining tables by setting and cleaning tables and re-setting tables
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately and re-fill beverages as needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the expo line
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and team members
  • Respond to guest requests and inform management of any service issues
  • Ensure the server station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies
