We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Service Delivery General Management Manager II join our Enterprise Contact Centre team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Manages a specific process in a particular unit area in Service Delivery. 
  • Oversees daily activities and manages small team of staff. 
  • Oversees a specific process in a particular area. 
  • Monitors production and quality goals and maintains current section procedures. 
  • Develops a shared vision and strategy to optimize team execution and performance.
  • Ensures work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. 
  • Analyzes and prepares reporting for management.
  • Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
  • Supports the development of standard processes and policies for assigned area and ensures they are operationalized by subordinate teams. 
  • Manages a small team in one unit area in Service Delivery. 
  • Responsible for the achievement of team objectives. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 1 years in management. 
  • Service delivery experience preferred.
