Responsibilities:

Join the #1 beer distributor in the United States! We are hiring immediately and offering the following:

Position Summary:

Various entry level duties that focus in the breakage area, along with maintenance and cleaning duties, etc... within the facility. This role will repack and identify product that is out of date.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Accountable for repacking of product in the breakage area.
  • Dealing with out of date product.
  • Safe operation of power equipment.
  • Controls and drives a forklift truck in order to move large crates or containers of goods.
  • May load or unload items off transportation vehicles.
  • Ensures the efficient transport of products to the proper location, based on set production schedules while handling documents of daily inventory of supplies and checks.
  • Maintains safe transfer of materials, and checks assigned equipment.
  • Execute computer transactions & associated paperwork to update inventory status, i.e. receiving, picking, etc.
  • Locate products from various locations through the warehouse.
  • Maintenance and cleaning duties.
  • Prepare & package materials, units, and products for shipments.


Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or California Proficiency certificate.
  • Excellent focus and attention to details.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 22 deadweight tons of material per day, generally lift up to 65 pounds per lift.
  • Quality minded with the ability to inspect own work.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Forklift certified
