Responsibilities:

  • Development and design of both Instructor Lead and eLearning content utilizing adult learning concepts and curriculum development.

  • Design job aids, infographics, and micro learnings.

  • Familiarity and/or experience with instructional design tools, including Cornerstone, Rise, Storyline 360, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.

  • Assist in the administration of our learning management system and weekly reporting.

    Preferred candidates will have the following additional qualifications and skills:

  • Facilitation of instructor lead, in-person training programs for both large and small groups at the associate and managerial level.

  • Work with our Training Cafes to ensure consistent delivery of our Manager in Training curriculum.

Preferred candidates will have the following additional qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.

  • Bi-lingual in either Spanish or Portuguese.
