CNC Mill Operator - Henderson, Nevada - Military veterans preferred

Seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team. As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform precision machining operations.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines to perform machining operations according to blueprints,
engineering drawings, and program specifications
Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
Monitor machine operations to ensure that parts are produced within tolerance limits.
Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to achieve desired results.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
Must have Haas & Lathe experience
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
Experience with CNC programming and operation
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
Familiarity with tooling and tool selection for different machining operations
Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
Forklift certification is a plus.
Experience with stamping press operations is a plus.
Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus.
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
