Property Services Administrator at Battelle Energy Alliance dba Idaho National Labora in Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Property Services Administrator to work on our Property Management team. Our team works a 9-80 schedule located out of our Research and Education Campus with every other Friday off. The Property Services Administrator will provide professional expertise in logistics and property in support of the INL mission. They will represent property services management through frequent contacts across the company and the site helping to address inventory management, property, logistics issues and concerns, acquisition and fieldwork of government property, records management, and direct support for the Department of Energy (DOE). Responsibilities Include: Manage multiple tasks and projects associated with inventory management, property and logistics. Implement and evaluate procedures and serve as the INL POC for equipment management tracking and reporting. Ensure new property records are established in the property record database and perform property transfers, loans/borrows, closeout agreements, certificates, real property dispositioning, GSA record coordination efforts, and generate electronic reports for Property Services. Perform and document property category analysis determinations and present recommendations to Property Services management. Research issues and provide written recommendation to management on solutions. Perform regulatory compliance reviews. May act routinely as a project lead or as a team player on Property Services project. Influence achievement of significant program objectives and represent the organization in providing solutions to functional property management/inventory management area problems or issues. Represent the department through frequent contact with other company organizations and interact with personnel on matters that require coordination with internal customers and other contractors. Comply with applicable policies, standards, and procedures. Assist in the development and management of career goals. Perform work safely, environmentally, and security compliant. Perform other work as directed by management. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma, or equivalent, plus 2-4 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management principles, particularly as they apply to government assets. Proven ability to work within large computer systems, including supply chain systems, inventory management systems, and various federal-level systems, and extract data necessary to perform tasks, as well as trend and analyze report data. Ability to analyze and interpret requirements and implement processes that support such. Demonstrated verbal and written communications. Ability to work independently within large databases or spreadsheets to effectively multitask and produce final results documenting project completion. Knowledge of records management requirements, federal supply classification groups, export regulation citations, and sensitive high risk property issues. Demonstrated proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
