About this opportunity This position will be responsible for the marketing strategy, related marketing programs and adoption of iTero® intraoral scanners and related software/products within the Dental Laboratory channel across the Americas and EMEA regions. The individual will shape and define the regional strategy for Dental Labs, refine and enhance our value proposition, while co-developing and helping drive adoption of commercial programs which strengthen product utilization and advocacy. The role requires significant cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills to ensure execution of our strategy and achievement of our objectives. In this role, you will… • Be responsible for developing regional strategies and initiatives (in conjunction with the global team) to strengthen iTero product adoption, advocacy and brand perception in the Dental Laboratory channel • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively deliver on our strategy and execute on the annual regional marketing plan • Curate market and customer insights which can benefit and improve our strategic and tactical approach to achieve business objectives • Track Dental Laboratory channel business results including identification and monitoring of key metrics and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends • Understand customer mindset and barriers to adoption and utilization, and develop/drive successful marketing programs that ladder to business objectives • Analyze the incremental impact and ROI of key marketing programs and initiatives within the Dental Laboratory channel • Provide fundamental marketing analyses and current/gap assessment analyses, including monitoring of market trends and the competitive landscape In this role, you’ll need … To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Dental experience is highly desirable, with knowledge of the Dental Lab channel a plus. • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferable) • Strategic and critical thinking skills • Strong ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve and deliver results • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages a plus • Strong analytical skills for business analysis; understands cost/benefit relationships • Exceptional project management and organization skills • Hands-on self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects at a time • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
