The Senior Product Manager will drive the business forward by developing a deep understanding of customers needs and effectively addressing them through full cycle product management. You will maintain close communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to ensure that expectations are set appropriately, and projects/products are delivered on time and meet outlined objectives. This role is positioned to contribute directly to not only own product delivery, but also assumes a level of ownership for the product specification and the internal/external customer experience. This person should understand business processes and ensure integration between business and technology. Ideal candidates must be strong communicators, quick learners, skilled problem solvers and detail oriented. What you’ll do Oversee the Identity Suite for PII elements, with a focus on GLB Compliant assets Provide thought leadership and oversight for overall Identity Data and Header products and product lines directly managed Drive feature enhancements to the existing portfolio and add new products to the portfolio Build strategic relationships with other vendors and partners in the identity space Support Business Transformation efforts to create efficiencies and optimize product performance for existing products while also leveraging new capabilities to drive go-forward innovation Develop and ongoing refinement of materials (user guides, insights, tools, etc.) to support sales efforts What experience you need Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 8 or more years experience working in product management or a related field 4 or more years experience working with customers What could set you apart Experience selling, solutioning, or product managing Identity Graphs Ability and experience with effectively leading and enable others to drive business forward Proven ability to manage a products full life cycle An active cloud certification in GCP, AWS or Azure We offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.
