The Role Were seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our fully remote team. This pivotal role involves leading our product marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement with Pipes innovative financing solutions. You will work directly under the VP of Marketing and closely with the Product and Sales teams to craft and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences and establish Pipe as a leader in non-dilutive financing solutions. Key Responsibilities Crafting and leading the execution of Pipes product marketing strategy, aligning our innovative solutions with market demands and customer expectations. Collaborating with the Go-To-Market and Product teams to ensure a deep understanding of Pipe’s offerings and crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our target audiences. Partnering with marketing teams of strategic partners to co-create and execute campaigns that effectively reach and resonate with their customers, driving mutual growth and product adoption. Coordinating closely with partners to ensure marketing strategies are synergistic, amplifying Pipes reach and impact within partner ecosystems and their customer base. Spearheading market research to capture insights on trends, competitor landscapes, and customer behavior, leveraging this data to steer Pipe’s product development and marketing strategy. Managing the creation of top-tier product marketing materials, from website content and sales enablement tools to case studies and promotional videos, ensuring Pipes value proposition is communicated effectively and persuasively. Setting KPIs for product marketing activities, rigorously analyzing campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities, and delivering insights and recommendations to the leadership team. Building and nurturing a high-performance product marketing team, championing a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Partner Marketing Experience: At least 5 years in roles with a significant focus on partner marketing, demonstrating successful marketing of products or services through partners platforms. Experience in embedding and marketing software products in partner ecosystems is essential. Embedded Solution Marketing: Proven ability in solution-based marketing, particularly in embedding and promoting our product within other products or platforms. This includes developing strategies that leverage the partners user base to increase awareness and adoption of our solutions. Strategic Collaboration: Strong experience in working closely with partner companies’ marketing teams to co-create marketing campaigns, ensuring that messaging is synergistic and effectively targets the combined customer base. Technical Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand the technical nuances of our product, ensuring marketing strategies align with product capabilities and integration requirements. Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills are required for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our and our partners’ audiences and for fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Independence and Initiative: A self-starter mentality is crucial, with a demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities for product marketing within partner ecosystems and independently manage these initiatives from conception through execution. CRM and Data Analysis Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software to manage partner marketing initiatives, alongside a strong analytical capability to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adapt based on data-driven insights.
