The Senior Manager, Salesforce Administration will lead our Salesforce Administration team, supporting Drata’s world class GTM organization. You’ll oversee a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, specializing in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing solutions. You’re a Driver, always looking for new ways to take business problems and translate them into robust and scalable solutions. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will be a key member of our centralized Business Operations team, bringing a track record of proven success - preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment. If you are a strategic thinker with expertise in Salesforce CPQ/Billing and team leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity What You’ll Do: Engage in strategic planning with business stakeholders to provide direction, guidance or recommendations on technology and architectural considerations. Manage relationships with Salesforce and other vendor partners that provide technology and services used by stakeholders; keep abreast of new trends and releases on core platform and marketing products. Implement strategic enhancements that result in improved productivity, increased efficiencies, and time-saving processes. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce administrators and developers with Sales Cloud and CPQ/Billing expertise. Configure, customize, and maintain our Salesforce instances to meet evolving business requirements. Guide the management of user roles, profiles, permissions, flows, and data integrity. Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Lead CPQ/Billing deployments, configure pricing rules, and optimize billing workflows to ensure a seamless integration between Salesforce CPQ/Billing and other modules. Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage project documentation. Set clear goals and expectations amongst your team and stakeholders, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment. What You’ll Bring: 3 years in a management or team lead role. 5 years of Salesforce experience, including administration, development, CPQ, and Billing. Salesforce Administrator, Developer, CPQ, and Billing certifications. Advanced experience managing a complex SFDC instance while managing best practice in security, compliance and data integrity. Proven experience managing and leading large scale Salesforce projects. Advance Excel and/or Google Suite skills. Strong understanding of Sales KPIs and other key SaaS performance metrics A learn-it-all mentality, consistently looking to expand your knowledge and provide value cross-functionally. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. Tier 1: $178,500 - $220,500 Tier 2: $160,650 - $198,450 Tier 3: $142,800 - $176,400 A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation – including a candidate’s professional background and experience.
