Sr. Product Manager - Military veterans preferred

Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Product Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to: Create new business frameworks for helping Visa to penetrate new merchant segments in countries across the globe by changing VisaNet processing specifications. Work on the data analysis to determine strategies for future changes, and make detailed recommendations to management. Track existing Visa programs for merchants to understand the success of the program, and to recommend changes to improve the value proposition to merchants and improve Visa revenue. Track the waivers Visa grants to its rules, analyzing the patterns to recommend changes to the rules. Identify Visa rules that no longer fit the business needs of Visa or its stakeholders, and work with appropriate stakeholders to make updates where required. Propose performance-based pricing for Visa products. Set up tracking for proposed pricing to understand its impacts. Assist with project management of Visas global Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) program, mainly managing audits at merchants who offer dynamic currency conversion in 35 countries. Manage billing of clients for a number of programs, including the DCC Program, Marketplace program, and CBPS program. Assist in providing support to Visa employees around the world who have questions about Visa acceptance rules and processes. May telecommute. Qualifications Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related technical field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a product management-related occupation. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $125,500.00 USD to $200,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
