Your primary responsibility will be to establish streamlined business processes, reducing manual effort, and improving operational efficiency by facilitating the exchange of data between various systems and applications, making data more accessible across the organization enabling real-time data exchange, building flexible and scalable integration solutions empowering rapid innovation. The candidate should be a self-starter who does not shy away from experimenting and finding the optimum solution, eager to build relationships and deliver value to our stakeholders across RevOps, MarOps, Customer Success and RiskOps. This role provides the right candidate the opportunity to thrive and truly leave a mark in an entrepreneurial setting We’d love to chat if you have: • 5 years of solid experience writing and supporting integration solutions with deep understanding of integration design patterns, Pub/Sub model, API-led design approach • Hands-on experience in Mule 4.x, Dataweave 2.x, Runtime Manager, Cloudhub 1.0, 2.0, Cloudhub Private Space • Extensive experience with API design and build process. Have a solid understanding of REST and SOAP service principles, JSON and XML data structure, and knowledge of integration patterns • Programming knowledge in Python and/or Java • Working knowledge of source control tools such as Git • Understanding of mTLS, SAML, OAuth • Experience integrating w/ enterprise systems like Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday; Third party SaaS applications using APIs; database technologies like Oracle, Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, AWS Redshift, Snowflake; AWS SNS/SQS, S3; SFTP • Desire for continuous study of new technologies and functionality, and involvement in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies • Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills. Quickly isolates/debugs issues even in areas outside of ones own domain • Security mindset with PCI/PII experience • Clear understanding of SDLC and ability to write efficient unit test cases and automation test scripts to abide by Full Cycle Engineering • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum Framework Nice to have: • MuleSoft Certified Developer This position is located in San Jose, CA. The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
