UK HealthCare has an opening for a highly skilled Administration Support Associate II to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive financial leadership team.
Responsibilities:
As an Administration Support Associate II, your primary responsibilities will include proficiently managing executive-level calendars, coordinating intricate scheduling arrangements, and facilitating seamless travel logistics. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining crucial documents such as presentations, communications, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to record retention protocols. Additionally, you will serve as the linchpin for key strategic-operational meetings, coordinating logistics and fostering effective communication among team members. Your role will also entail collaborating closely with the Office of the Executive Vice President of Finance and Health Affairs (EVPHA) on daily operations and special projects, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience supporting high-level executives, ideally within a VP or board-level capacity. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for creating polished documents and presentations. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience
A Bachelor’s degree and at least five full years of paid administrative support to senior-level officers and/or Board level executives preferred; experience supporting senior level executives in a healthcare setting, as well as, experience with SAP, SAP Concur, SAP Shopping Cart, and Payment Electronic Workflow highly preferred.
