What you will do::
  •  Assist Supply Chain and branch managers in maintaining inventory to support their operations in branch inventory levels for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze inventory and market trends, proactively scheduling replenishment and purchase orders
  • Oversee costs and address AP to PO issues
  • Prevent excess and obsolete inventory
  • Handle data entry and system inquiries
  • Ensure timely supplier follow-ups on orders and deliveries
  • Meet or exceed Inventory Report metrics with effective management
What you will bring::
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma, 3-5 years’ experience in distribution business with 2+ years purchasing experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and adapt in a changing environment
  • Strong self-starting experience and ability to excel in independent work environment
  • Ability to travel as necessary for occasional meetings, audits, and cycle counts
