• Uphold professionalism in all supplier interactions, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Review MRP and requisitions to fulfill production requirements promptly.
• Track supplier deliveries meticulously to ensure on-time receipt of critical materials.
• Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies swiftly, maintaining financial accuracy.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize material efficiency.
• Provide insightful forecasts to suppliers and conduct proactive "what-if" analyses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop robust planning strategies and processes.
• Facilitate the qualification of new suppliers and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in Planning or Supply Chain roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, ERP systems
• Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking and negotiation prowess.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
