Venice Toyota is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team! We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in a full-time career. Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
- Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries
- Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance
- Help to identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test
- Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work orders for needed repairs
- Prepare report orders showing time, cost and labor estimates for service
- Write brief descriptions of the customer’s concerns on the repair order to help technicians locate the source of the problem.
- Explain the work performed and the charges to the customer
- Build strong relationships with customers to build a fresh referral base
- Provide support to other team members
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements - Service Advisor:
- Experience preferred

- A minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM Systems)
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of CDK, ADP, or Reynolds and Reynolds is not required but a plus
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must be self-motivated, with a goal-oriented ethic
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
