Responsibilities - Parts Manager:

 

  • Oversee and manage a profitable and efficient Parts Department
  • Train and manage staff
  • Manage retail and wholesale parts counters
  • Keep parts department up to date on delivery schedule
  • Maintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete repairs
    without delay
  • Establish pricing to generate profits
  • Review sales, costs, and inventory monthly
  • Maintain a clean and organized department
  • Maintain high CSI



Requirements - Parts Manager: 

  • Automotive Parts Manager experience required
  • Chrysler experience preferred, but we will consider experienced candidates with other brand experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good work ethic and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
