Responsibilities - Parts Manager:
- Oversee and manage a profitable and efficient Parts Department
- Train and manage staff
- Manage retail and wholesale parts counters
- Keep parts department up to date on delivery schedule
- Maintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete repairs
without delay - Establish pricing to generate profits
- Review sales, costs, and inventory monthly
- Maintain a clean and organized department
- Maintain high CSI
Requirements - Parts Manager:
- Automotive Parts Manager experience required
- Chrysler experience preferred, but we will consider experienced candidates with other brand experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good work ethic and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
