Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

Wage: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle inbound phone inquiries from customers, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Respond to customer questions regarding pricing, freight quotes, product inquiries, and suggestions.
- Address customer requests received via email, including freight quotes, virtual requests, product information, inventory levels, and feedback.
- Serve as the Dedicated Representative for the Varsity Department, overseeing all order processing between Varsity and Illini.
- Collaborate closely with the Varsity Department to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Demonstrate care and concern in every customer interaction, personalizing phone calls to enhance rapport.
- Effectively resolve issues and answer questions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Acquire thorough knowledge of products and services to provide comprehensive explanations to customers.
- Treat all customers with respect and understanding, actively listening to their needs.
- Simplify the customer experience, making it effortless for them to conduct business with the company.
- Leave a positive and lasting impression on customers with each interaction.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a team environment, fostering integrity, trust, and respect among coworkers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in fundamental computer knowledge, including navigating Windows applications.
