JOB SUMMARY: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of company compensation programs. Maintain and develop departmental tools, analytical models, and produce reports for Human Resources and business leaders. Provide compensation analysis and recommendations. Maintain company-wide job descriptions. Utilize market data and surveys; compile and make recommendations for salary ranges and grades; audit rates.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
EXPERIENCE:
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork preferred.
