What you will do

We are looking for an experienced, field-based sales manager. How you will do it

You will manage a team of up to 12 field-based B2B sales consultants who will require day to day support. You will drive motivation and desire to succeed, coaching where required and reporting to senior management on your team’s performance. You will implement ADT’s consumer sales strategy through the creation of a real customer-focused, performance environment where sales consultants are effectively managed and developed, where diversity is promoted and where all budgets and targets relating to the growth of commercial sales are consistently achieved. You will be responsible for developing high performers through the right levels of training, motivation and support.

What we look for

Working for our ADT brand, the UK’s leading integrated alarm & security systems provider for homes & businesses, you will be managing a team of field-based consultants selling our range of market-leading products directly to commercial SME customers. 

You will ideally be a dynamic, driven sales manager with proven success leading & growing sales teams in the commercial market.

As a minimum you will be expected to demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in managing a field-based team and ability to motivate and coach sales representatives.

Experience of salesforce will be an advantage and full UK driving license essential.
