The provider will be on a 24-hour call or call back basis, responsible for covering both hospitals as necessary, primarily handling routine GI work with no advanced endoscopy. Required procedures include EGD and colonoscopy, with cases typically involving ER or hospital calls being infrequent. Other details include a positive PPD status and utilization of the Cerner EMR system.
