POSITION SUMMARY

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their personal insurance needs and ensuring they have the coverage and protection they require.

OBJECTIVES

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs, providing expert advice, and delivering personalized service

Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients' insurance policies, identify coverage gaps or opportunities for improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions

Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, documentation

Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to personal lines insurance

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Proactively communicate with clients regarding upcoming policy renewals, review coverage options, and assist in making adjustments to meet changing needs or circumstances

QUALIFICATIONS

Active Property & Casualty insurance license required for Arizona.

Job contingent based on passed Life Insurance license within 90 days of employments.

Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions

Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and build rapport with clients and team members

Ability to proactively identify sales opportunities, promoting insurance products, and effectively communicating their value to clients.

Proficient in negotiating terms, prices, and agreements to reach mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer

Effectively manages time and priorities to maximize productivity, balance multiple tasks and deadlines, and optimize sales activities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

This position will require travel - up to 15%
