Virtual Sales and Training Specialists

We are a high-powered team with explosive growth. We are looking for a LIVE Virtual agent to join us. We provide full education on client products and software. You will enable Retail Sales Associates, through tight partnership and great products, to deliver best in class training experiences. HLA is a diverse team that works toward the common objective of helping our internal and external partners surpass their sales goals. Pay Range:

$18 per hour - $22 per hour

Here are the details:

Increase sales by effectively training the Retails Sales Associates during inbound & outbound video calls Maintain knowledge of the products or services you are representing Utilize provided digital content to promote the products we represent based on needs analysis Solve unexpected issues that occur in rapidly changing retail environments Maintain a professional image and appearance Engage and connect with customers and retail sales associates over video conferencing tools

Here’s what you need to ROC this role:

Energetic, positive, approach to engagement and training through the digital/video setting Experience with Home Appliance & Consumer Electronics is a plus Goal oriented and strong sense of commitment to reaching daily targets while working independently Good at establishing rapport and building relationships quickly High School Diploma or Relevant Experience Preferred Understanding of basic computer and internet technology Must be comfortable being on camera daily meeting and greeting new people Will have set hours every week Must be willing to work weekends and evenings. Bi-lingual is preferred Proficient written & verbal communication NO cold calling

Technical Requirements for Home Office:

Must have dedicated office or space where you can work uninterrupted Must have WIFI with 30 MBPS up/down available These requirements will be verified as part of the interview process We will provide all equipment to ensure your success
