Senior Director of Retail Operations - Military veterans preferred

Energy Recruiters has partnered with a regional convenience retailer to support their search for a Senior Director of Operations.

Compensation

$150k plus bonus

Responsibilities

Responsible for the leadership and profitability of the c-store division

Provide leadership and commitment to building a leading retail organization

Oversee marketing, operations, and foodservice

Supports & develops District Managers and Store Managers, to maximize fuel, c-store, sales and operational excellence

Focuses on building a culture of Teamwork, Efficiency, and Vision

Brings new ideas, concepts, and execution to reduce operational expenses, increase non-fuel income, and increase technological efficiencies

Identifies and executes initiatives for growth, and reinvestment

Designs and implements Corporate Safety initiatives to increase safety in all aspects of job

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of current convenience retail experience

Experience managing 30+ C-Stores

Experience with Marketing development and implementation

Highest level of integrity, energy, and intelligence

Significant exposure to retail operations management, marketing, merchandising, and IT/MIS

Ability to build Teams, motivate, mentor, and inspire

Be computer literate and expert in the use of Microsoft Office products.
