Responsibilities Make proactive outbound calls and receive inbound calls in an effort to quote and bind auto, home, and life insurance. Quote personal insurance packages. Process customer policy change requests. Cross-sell while assisting current customers. Take premium payments from customers. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

Requirements No insurance experience required, but must possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Excellent
