**Window and Door Sales Representative**
**Job Description**
We are looking for driven individuals that truly appreciate delivering outstanding customer service. If you have a strong work ethic, are detailed oriented, persistent, and have a strong desire to excel, financially and professionally then this job is for you!
Our Sales Representative will acquire, grow, and maintain, new and existing customers. They will find and generate new business by pursuing company-provided leads, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
A successful candidate will proactively engage with customers and follow through to promote and sell DWD products. We will position you for success by providing a robust on-boarding and sales training program that will focus on industry and product knowledge.

The more you sell the more you make, the sky is the limit with an uncapped commission structure which is designed to benefit you for selling our portfolio of products. Pay: Training pay of $25 per hour is an option for the first 120 days for those new to this industry. Where the big money starts rolling in is with the 5% Sales Commission on the Net
Sale, Not the net Margin and thats right it is Uncapped. When you sell that $100k job, you earn
$5k, Boom! When sales commissions are being earned, we also pay you an hourly base.
