The role ofInternational Sales Manager is a critical role for the growth ofCreekstone Farms. Creekstone has already established a leading marketposition in our target markets in Asia, North America, and Europe. Thereis, however, considerable potential to grow our current market shareworldwide with both new and existing customer accounts. This growth willcome both from geographical expansion and from developing our existingsales networks in existing markets. This position manages sales ofcompany products within an international market; Ensures consistent,profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning,deployment and management of sales personnel; Identifies objectives,strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales andearnings. Territory is predominantly focused on Asian markets, but may includeother territories such as the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, UnitedKingdom, South America, and Mexico. Position is preferably based on the west coast with travel to ArkansasCity, KS at times. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Developmental role reporting directly to and supporting the Directorof International Sales. Responsible for sales of branded Angus beef products. Developing strong customer relationships, expanding business withexisting customers, and new account development and retention. Responsible for the growth and profitability of volume beef sales. Resolve customer issues on price, delivery, and quality. Implement sales strategy and tactics that ensure the companys salesgoals and objectives are achieved. Reduce inventory levels by selling off long suit list, agedinventory, and slow moving product to industry contacts. Working with personnel from internal departments: production qualitycontrol, marketing, R & D, product managers, etc. Minimal international travel is required.
