Position Purpose/Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is committed to providing the highest quality of service to the communities, customers, and employees we serve by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business with new and existing customers by providing valuable information about Fastwyre’s products and services. The inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  2. Understanding customer needs and requirements
  3. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  4. Maximize sales opportunities by effectively answering and handling inbound and outbound sales calls to acquire new customers.
  5. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  6. Educate customers on products, current marketing campaigns, and solutions
  7. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  8. Enter orders promptly and accurately
  9. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  10. Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  1. Effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner through written and verbal communications in all interfaces with customers/public, fellow employees, and vendors.
  2. Ability to use appropriate computer programs (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite) which includes having proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt and learn as programs and processes change.
  3. Ability to work as a team member and exert initiative to work independently to reach a goal.
  4. Ability to embrace change in the workplace while encouraging others to seek innovative approaches.
  5. Ability to function effectively as a team player.
  6. Knowledge of and the ability to comply with Company’s Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) regulations and procedures.
  7. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, as needed, to best serve our customers.
  8. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  9. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  10. Strong listening and presentation skills
  11. Work with other departments, as necessary, to resolve customer issues

Qualifications

At a minimum, the Inside Sales Representative must have a high school diploma along with inside sales experience and a proven track record of over-achieving quota.
