This individual will play a critical role in our manufacturing industry, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Ariba system. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audit trails, troubleshooting system issues, conducting training sessions, providing IT support, and making necessary system modifications. As a bridge between our technical team and stakeholders, the Relationship Manager will ensure that our Ariba system is optimized to support our business operations. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the implementation and configuration of the Ariba system within our manufacturing operations. 2. Conduct regular audit trails to ensure system integrity and compliance with industry standards. 3. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely IT support to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. 4. Conduct regular training sessions for staff and stakeholders to promote system literacy and user engagement. 5. Coordinate system modifications to align with evolving business needs and industry trends. 6. Act as a liaison between our technical team, stakeholders, and SAP to ensure that the Ariba system is optimized to support our business operations. 7. Collaborate with the Product Management team to align system capabilities with product development strategies. 8. Leverage your knowledge of the SAP supply chain to optimize our manufacturing operations and drive business growth. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Ariba or similar systems within the manufacturing industry. 3. Extensive knowledge of audit trails, system configuration, and troubleshooting. 4. Proven experience in conducting training sessions and providing IT support. 5. Demonstrated ability to implement system modifications to align with business needs. 6. Strong knowledge of the SAP supply chain and its application within the manufacturing industry. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. 8.
