SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified MMM Program Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP’s Electronic Warfare Hardware Solutions group is seeking a Program/Project Manager to support execution of ongoing tasking.
The Program Manager is concerned with the overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activities and agency’s needs. Programs are typically large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks. The Program Managers is also responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans. This includes the responsibility for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources. Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks for the Program Manager.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’sdegree in a Technical or Management related field is required.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant programmanagement experience is required. Excellent customer-facing and internalcommunication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solidorganizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
