Given the financial nature of this position, this position has been defined as a position requiring a credit check. Prior to being hired, promoted, or transferred into the position, the candidate must successfully pass a credit background check.
SUMMARY:
Manages and executes, for all corporate entities, treasury functions including liquidity and capital structure management, commercial and investment bank relationships, rating agency relationships, bank syndications, debt and equity offerings, leasing, credit and collections analysis and financial planning. Assists meeting overall finance department's policies and regulatory requirements, syndicates corporate revolving credit facilities, reviews preparation of long-term cash flow projections, manages financial risk as it relates to treasury operations, manages development of annual financing plan, analyzes and recommends potential alternative financing structures and explains/shows their impact on EPS, balance sheet, tax effects and financial ratios, manages the issuances of debt and equity securities, provides finance testimony in regulatory proceedings, implements hedging strategies, oversees interest rate management, assists in bank relationships, and assists in rating agency relationships.
Oversees the management of the Company's defined benefit and contribution plans, and decommissioning and retiree medical portfolios. Provides staff support for the Corporate Investment Committee.
