This is a seasonal/part time position that will assist the park during daily summer operation. Common duties include helping to install, maintain, and repair all HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems, plumbing equipment, irrigation systems, sprinkler lines, and fire systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, rehabilitate, and repair all HVAC and plumbing systems throughout the park
  • Repair and maintain water supply/well system
  • Prepare park for daily operation by servicing decorative fountains, pumps, water filtration units and centrifugal chillers
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Maintain daily operation at the water park (filter house)
  • Adhere to all department and company safety policies; wear appropriate safety equipment as required
  • Support the company mantra; friendly, clean, fast and safe service

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Should possess a thorough operational understanding of HVAC procedures and methods
  • EPA Certification for refrigerant recovery
  • 3+ years HVAC experience
  • Self starter, ability to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, kneel, squat, twist, push and pull and lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs; must be able to reach overhead. Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
  • Must possess a valid Drivers License
  • Must be willing to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
