We are mentors/coaches, not bosses. We are here to help you get what you want out of this business while helping families protect their legacy. Day to day: Attend weekly virtual meetings for learning and association Research using digital resources and your mentor Meet with families over the phone or zoom to share the solutions you found Help families apply for coverage and follow the application through the

approval process. Build and maintain relationships with clients and teammates. Requirements: Life and Health insurance license ( we will help you attain one if you don’t have it) A servant’s heart who loves to help clients and teammates Coachable team player Active

listener and clear communicator Competitive commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning
