Job Description

The F35 Supply Chain Planner (SCP) is the focal point for all supply chain activities. The SCP leads the execution of programs, and the coordination of new program / product launches as well as works to develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies. They assist with key performance indicator reporting, program performance data, and other metrics. The SCP will identify and escalate issues affecting cost and schedule when required.

The SCP will plan, prepare, issue and control material requirements in conjunction with the production schedule, support risk management activities impacting the value chain and working with cross-functional teams. They work to ensure that end item deliveries meet contractual and internal delivery requirements. SCP will utilize the Oracle ERP and ASCP systems and other system tools to achieve program / functional goals.
The Senior SCP must possess a strong understanding of procurement and planning processes and tools, be capable of troubleshooting process failures, and rely on their experience and judgment to organize, plan, and accomplish functional objectives. These objectives require creativity, a continuous improvement mindset, and a strong drive to meet and exceed program and Customer expectations. The Senior SCP will also be expected to train and mentor junior level supply chain team members.

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Keen understanding of policies and procedures associated with BAE planning
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • ERP System Experience (Oracle, SAP, Other)
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional, diverse team.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Progressing towards a bachelor's degree in business or supply chain-related field
  • APICs and/or Six Sigma certification
  • Ability to multitask and manage time.
  • Planner supports multiple programs and projects.
  • A strong drive to learn and teach.
  • Current Secret Clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
