You will join our team in partnership with our government intelligence customer to provide IT infrastructure and user facing services. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT You'll join our talented Implementation Management Team. You will serve as a liaison between project managers and team leads. You will be managing schedules, reviewing project status, and understanding how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. You will actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem solving. You will be closely collaborating with project managers, team leads, clients and other stakeholders. You will work closely with team leads to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded project schedules using MS Project 2016 You will develop and maintain summary level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks, priority based resource allocations, performance variances You will support the metrics team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects/programs You will follow schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures You will work in collaboration with project managers to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy in project reporting You will schedule estimating and updating for new work and remaining work You will troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems You will maintain accurate records/paperwork You will facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews You will be willing to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent 2 years Required Skills: Excellent Problem Resolution skills Great team and client interaction skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Skilled in gathering, analyzing, documenting and briefing information Ability to effectively convey requirements, concerns and capabilities to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner Desired Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Good understanding of Earned Value methodology Experience in Medicaid or Healthcare Processing Systems MS Project Server experience (not required, highly desirable) Location: Company Site US Citizenship Required GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: • 401K with company match • Comprehensive health and wellness packages • Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career • Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications • Cutting-edge technology you can learn from • Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays RoverGSS Work Requirements .cls-1{fill:none;stroke:5b6670;stroke-miterlimit:10;stroke-width:2px} Years of Experience 2 years of related experience may vary based on technical training, certification(s), or degree .cls-2{fill:none;stroke:5b6670;stroke-miterlimit:10;stroke-width:2px} Certification Travel Required None .cls-3{fill:none;stroke:5d666f;stroke-miterlimit:10} Citizenship U.S. Citizenship Required Salary and Benefit Information The likely salary range for this position is $66,602 - $88,839. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
