Our work depends on a F-35 Power BI/ Power Platform Administrator , joining our Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program in Arlington, VA. The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program support contract provides knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO). Our services include program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, implementation of emerging capabilities and requirements, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support and IT training. The Power BI / Power Platform Administrator should be a Microsoft 365 Power User with expertise in using Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Apps. As a Power User, you will be required to implement solutions for F-35 customers who primarily use Teams for collaboration. This role will serve as a liaison with the customer to anticipate and understand their needs. This role will be required to build collaborative solutions designed to manage information, streamline business processes, simplify reporting, and gather information. HOW OUR POWER BI / POWER PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Work closely with program and business teams to understand their goals and needs in order to anticipate and propose efficient solutions that will support achievement of goals. Design and manage Power Automate workflows, lists, permissions, views and Teams and Power Apps solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency across the organization. Explore innovative ways to leverage these tools to improve business processes. Keep up to date with the latest trends, features and capabilities. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to developed solutions. Work with project managers to define requirements for more complex solutions. Create and maintain requirements and technical documentation. Familiarity with server patching, STIGs, and managing virtual machines. Serve as the primary responder to Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Apps customer Helix incident tickets. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required) Security Clearance Level: Secret clearance Required Experience: 8 years' of technical experience; 3 years' of experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate Workflows Experience in DevOps, AWS, and or Azure Required Certifications: Industry Certification: Intermediate level industry certification from one of the following: Microsoft, CompTIA, AWS, VMware, Power Automate, Power Apps or relevant technology. DoD Manual 8140.03 Work Role: (451) System Administrator - Intermediate OR (441) Network Operations Specialist - Intermediate Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering or related technology field. Allowable Substitution: 6 years of additional work experience without a Degree or 4 years of related experience with an AA/AS degree. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
