We do too Meaningful and Impactful Work Competitive Base Salary Competitive Bonus and Options Package Complete Benefits Package Flexible Work Schedules Accelerated Career Growth Fun Company Activities Job Details Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for clients across various industries Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients Provide guidance and support to the firm's tax team, including training and development opportunities Monitor changes in tax regulations and communicate any updates to clients and the firm's tax team Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for tax-related matters Perform tax research and stay up-to-date on tax law changes Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax compliance, planning, and consulting Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations Experience managing a team of tax professionals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tax software (such as ProSystem fx, CCH Axcess, or Thomson Reuters UltraTax) Interested in hearing more?
