Job Description: Nine Line Apparel is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Editor Strategist to join our Marketing Team. As a Content Editor Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, relevance and consistency of content across the various Nine Line Apparel websites. Responsibilities: Edit and proofread website content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal promotions. Update and optimize product descriptions, blog/article posts, landing pages, and other website content to enhance user experience and drive engagement. Collaborate with video and photography teams to gather and post engaging videos and product photography to Nine Line Apparel’s websites, ensuring visual assets are optimized for online viewing and align with brand standards and marketing objectives. Conduct regular content audits to identify opportunities for improvement, including SEO optimization, keyword integration, and content performance analysis. Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Analyst to plan and execute CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives, including A/B testing and user experience (UX) enhancements to drive continuous improvement in online conversion metrics. Contribute to the development and execution of the overall e-commerce strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize website performance, enhance user engagement, and maximize revenue opportunities. Qualifications: Associate degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or equivalent “real world” experience. Proven experience as a content editor, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Proficiency in content management systems, such as Shopify, web analytics tools (GA4) and SEO best practices. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset. Must work well with others. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO/SEM and basic web design principles is a plus.
