In this instrumental role, your duties will include supervising field staff, efficiently managing clinical field employees, and maintaining first-rate patient care. Ideal candidates should have experience as a Registered Nurse within a home-care setting matched with leadership expertise. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with the potential for remote work. Required Qualifications: . Post-secondary degree or higher education . Pennsylvania-based Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license . Current driving license . American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certification . A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the Home Health setting Preferred Qualifications: . At least 1 year of Clinical Management experience Key Responsibilities: . Supervise field staff, acting as the intermediary between field and internal staff . Manage the clinical field team, delegating responsibilities and setting clear performance objectives . Drive the professional development of the clinical field personnel by providing a rewarding work environment . Monitor clinician performance through weekly generated reports . Regularly update clinical records relating to communications, re-hospitalizations, conflicts, and orders . Handle customer inquiries, ensure documentation and effective resolution . Consult with sales teams about arising issues that may impact referral relationships . Assess client episodes to determine the aptness of discharges versus recertifications . Review staff schedules to ensure productivity, liaising with the scheduling coordinator about staff availability Schedule and Shift Details: . This is a hybrid role allowing for some remote work.
