Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking On-Site Managers in the following locations:
· Fort Liberty, North Carolina
· Fort Campbell, Kentucky
· Fort Drum, New York
· Fort Stewart, Georgia
This position is contingent upon contract award.
How Role will make an impact:
On-site manager works on premise at each MTC during operating hours.
Routinely interfaces with the MTC Director and provides MTC Director status updates relating to all contractor performance requirements.
Responsible for all contractor performance requirements at the MTC as well as for overall scheduling, and management coordination, oversees training execution, and manages contractor continuing education/training.
What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:
Clearance: Must posses and maintain an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
Bachelor's degree, subject immaterial. Graduated from the Army CGSC, Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or equivalent level military schooling.
At least 8 years of experience with (a) military training and training support and (b) operations and training requirements at brigade or higher level. Minimum 5 years of experience with training management in an MTC or similar operation.
