Job Title: Information Assurance Professional Job Location: Dedham MA 02026 Job Description: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Very strong use and understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories. Very strong understanding of cyber security specifications such as Risk Management Framework (RMF), DIACAP, STIGs and other government security specifications and guidelines Very strong knowledge of cyber security technology and trends Contributes to the achievement of business objectives. Recognizes and incorporates various security designs and lessons learned. Strong written and verbal communications skills Able to sell concepts and ideas. Effective in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions as they affect the cyber design and implementation. Very strong ability in reporting relevant cyber systems engineering design. Regular contact with senior levels of security work groups Ability to lead security work groups. Works under limited direction Contact project leaders and other professionals within the Engineering department and with project teams. Frequent contact with the external customers' security professionals Very strong understanding and ability to apply basic project leadership principles including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM), and Statistical Process Controls Creative thinker, good multi-tasker 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
