Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Display willingness to learn and ability to be flexible in changes of business needs.
  • Possess effective communication skills, demonstrate active listening, and ask for help when needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods of time throughout shift, up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Teamwork is a must, ability to work with all other entity managers and help out as needed.
  • Maintain clean, neat orderly workspace.
  • Use all kitchen equipment effectively, including scales, mixers, and ovens.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proactively solve problems and have the ability to do so quickly.
  • Flexible hours are required and the ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Skilled in utilizing commercial oven & rack oven, mixer, fryer, dough sheeter
    • Ensure work procedures, quality standards, and menu specifications are adhered to.
    • Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure consistency of products to the guests.
    • Ability to understand ingredients & recipes, follow all recipes carefully
    • At least 2 years baking/pastry experience
    • Must successfully pass a background check.
    • Must have food handlers or managers food safety permit.
    • Follow production schedule
    • Skilled in recipe testing and development and tasting to determine quality
  • Great work ethic and time management.
  • Punctuality.
  • Display willingness to learn and ability to be flexible.
  • Possess effective communication skills, demonstrate active listening, and ask for help when needed.

  • Outgoing personality and a hands-on approach.
