in toilet repair products sold in the largest Home Improvement retailers, including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards, Walmart, Target & more. Yes, our careers are in the toilet, and we have a lot of fun with our award-winning, USA-made products! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support execution of sales and marketing growth strategies, including new product launches, merchandising updates, and promotional vehicles for retail Represent Lavelle Industries both virtually & in person at customer training events, industry tradeshows, and customer meetings. Support day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, including merchandising, monitoring performance, and tracking key metrics. Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as sales, product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support) to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to products. Communicate directly with customers regarding orders & inventory. Develop genius-level toilet repair product knowledge to influence others. Support the sales team by developing presentations and sales and marketing materials. Conduct market research in the field to learn about customer needs & present findings internally. REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree ideally with a focus in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Retail Merchandising, Business or Supply Chain Sales, Marketing, or retail experience / relevant internships are a plus. Effective listening and professional communication skills, including written, electronic, and verbal. Results-driven, passionate, analytical, and energetic individual. Available & excited for national travel during peak seasons up to 30-50%. All travel expenses are covered by the company. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
