Customer Success Agents I at R1 RCM in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description As our Customer Success Agent I, you will help answer incoming phone calls from patients about their accounts on behalf of our client(s). Every day, you will be accessing computer systems for answering questions about the patient's account and making any corrections to the information or generating written documents as needed. To thrive in this role, you must: + Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service to the patient's questions by using prepared scripts and accessing information. + Have experience working in a healthcare billing call center environment. + Be able to independently answer the caller's questions and make any necessary updates to the account in the computer system(s). We will provide training in Cerner or other systems. + Have the ability to answer billing questions for the patient as needed. + Maintain performance productivity standards. Resolving the caller's issues as completely and quickly as possible with a high level of accuracy and follow-through are key to succeeding in this position. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.28 - $17.73 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
