Requirements
High School degree or GED required
Must have two years of managerial experience in retail
Must have experience managing, training and developing capable and efficient staff
Point of Sale (POS) knowledge and expert cash handling experience
Strong work ethic and consistently positive attitude
Excellent training skills
Can manage multiple tasks at one time, excellent organizational and time managements skills..
Maintains a calm demeanor regardless of the circumstances
Excellent problem-solving skills and collaboration
Excellent customer service skills and truly enjoys serving the public
Strong attention to detail and strong math skills
Flexible schedule, including open and close shifts, able to cover for Assistant Manager, Persons in Charge (PICs) or cashiers if needed
